Service Calls
A service call is a short analysis or troubleshooting call done by an experienced 360 Electric technician. Service calls are usually to repair something that has recently stopped working or analyzing a project for a customer that requires an on-site visit. 360 Electric will quickly respond to the service call needs of its customers. After all, if something electrical has gone wrong or something new needs to be installed and working, the customer wants it - FAST. For this reason, we make every effort to give service calls a scheduling priority. Listed to the left is services we perform in addition to emergency calls.

Some companies are in the habit of sending trained salesman working on commission to bid the jobs, then sends low pay workers to perform the work. Not 360 Electric! All our technicians are trained to analyze and estimate jobs from a finish standpoint. "What the job takes to complete". Then you will find that most of the time we perform your project on the spot or the same technician returns to complete the job at your convenience. Our technicians don't work on commission so there suggestions and recommendations are in your best interest and not their paychecks.
